Process description of stainless steel flange
Stainless steel flange fittings are made of steel plates. After the steel plate is cut into material according to the requirements, it is shaped like UOE, and it is also punched into a circle by punching die. Two halves are then joined and welded. After pushing, the stainless steel flange should be shaped in this hot state. After shaping, the outer diameter and wall thickness of stainless steel flange fittings meet the requirements.
DIN 2573 PN16 Stainless Steel Slip-on Flange process description:
Stainless steel flange Rolling method: generally no mandrel, suitable for thick-walled tube inside and outside the circular edge.
Stainless steel flange Roller method: Place core check valve in tube and push it with roller around it for edge processing.
Stainless steel flange Forging method: The end of the pipe or part of the pipe is stretched by a forging machine to reduce the outer diameter. The commonly used forging machines are rotary, connecting rod and roller type.
Stainless steel flange Bulging method: one is to place rubber in the tube and compress the tube with a punch above it to make the tube protrude; the other is to form the tube by hydraulic bulging, filling the liquid in the middle of the tube, and bulging the tube into the desired shape by the liquid pressure.
